Sometimes, as we move through life, we can lose connection with some deep and important aspect of our selves. These evenings offer an opportunity to reconnect with the deep soul Self and with the richness of our embodied creativity.

The map for our journey together will come from the story "Sealskin, Soulskin" a tale of returning home to oneself and of replenishment and renewal. 

The maps for our journey will come from stories and myths of the wise and ancient feminine. The tools for our time together come from movement and simple bodywork, meditation and ceremony, as well as from personal reflection on our own individual stories. One of our evenings will be spent walking a candlelit labyrinth.

Participants are required to commit to attending all 6 evenings, which will bring a sense of continuity and community to the group and enable us to create a safe and sacred space together.

The evenings will be led by Jay Edge. Jay is a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist in private practise and an experienced group leader. Her workshops blend Psychosynthesis, BodySoul Rhythms, movement, simple artwork and guided meditation. Jay has completed the Leadership Training Program with the Marion Woodman Foundation. She has worked extensively with the labyrinth, and trained and certified as a labyrinth facilitator at Chartres, an ancient pilgrimage site dedicated to Sacred Feminine.
