Journey Of  The Soul events are facilitated by Jay Edge, a UKCP registered psychotherapist and therapeutic counsellor. Jay's work with the labyrinth originated with research for her MA dissertation, in which she explored the journey through the Chartres labyrinth as a metaphor for the search for healing and wholeness. Jay currently works in private practise with individuals and groups in London.

Jay is a Veriditas trained and certified labyrinth facilitator and offers labyrinth walks, seminars and retreats. For the several years Jay worked as a group facilitator for the Veriditas pilgrimage events at Chartres and was co-editor of the Veriditas Labyrinth Journal, an online international publication from 2006 until 2008.

As well as labyrinth workshops and walks Jay co-facilitates an ongoing series of labyrinth days for women called "Sacred Thread." These days are offered in London and Manchester and will run again in 2011. There is further information about Sacred Thread on the workshop & seminar page.

Labyrinths offer the opportunity to walk in meditation to that place within us where the   rational merges with the intuitive and the spiritual is reborn. Quite simply, labyrinths are a way to discover the sacred in everyday life.
